I am very unhappy. I ordered a video gig and the description gave a time line. It was longer than I wanted, but I really loved her work. So I ordered it and waited. The deadline passed then I finally got "order complete YAY" or something to that effect. The seller apologized and I accept that, however there was NO FILE attached. It says "File Unavailable". I contacted the seller and no response. It is now 3 days past due. I don't know how often sellers check in, but this one, obviously does not check the inbox daily. I am feeling really let down.
I am also curious about the file. How was no file attached and it is considered complete. I am also wondering if I am not looking in the correct spot for the file. It does say "File Unavailable". To me I would think the seller would have caught that before exiting out of the site. But whatever. Trying to be patient, but it's hard when people don't read their messages in their inboxes at least once a day. :(
