Its crazy how often I see a cancellation ruin a sellers experience these last few weeks. I also lost my badge and potential clients when having my badges stripped due to buyers error. With the fiverr v2 your cancellation ratio is displayed to a potential buyer and may impact their decision on hiring you. Right now the cancellation process works like this:
1. Mutual Cancellation between you and your buyer gives you a negative mark.
2. Gigs marked as incomplete are not negative and do not count towards your cancellation ratio.
3. Buyer cancellation after late delivery leaves you negative feedback on your gig page and a negative mark on your account.
4. As of fiverr v2 you cancellation ratio will be displayed to your potential clients.
I wanted to make this thread and once it reaches enough signatures(10+) we can send the link to customer support. If you have anything to add or a possible solution please post below. I will start things off and will add your username once you agree.
