Problem with user fragglesrock

This person is a kid and scam,

I offer install and set up moodle for two gigs, he only payed one gig and told me he payed two, also he wanted me to do some redirections and add a link to his wp. He started to yell and insult me in skype (its blocked and reported) and it went total nuts.

Please dont sell anything to him,

Fiverr people should look over our conversations and maybe give him a warning, because is a harm for this awesome place to do business.
