Sorry if my posts are getting annoying on the forum lately, but I'm working hard to reach out to Fiverr about fixing a few things. I posted about being able to sort within categories, and they are doing it next week! There is one more change that I feel is very important.
With the new V2, buyers can view our live portfolio samples, but most of them don't know to click the circles below the video. I mean, how should they know? There is no way of knowing that those circles are samples. I have been getting so many messages asking if they can see my video samples, because they have no idea that they're there!
My request is to change how the samples appear. They should have thumbnail images, just like with the original Fiverr. Has anyone else been having this problem with buyers asking for samples because they don't know to click the circles? Please comment below, and I will send this to Fiverr! Please also message customer support requesting thumbnails. If all of us reach out, they will fix it, just like the sorting within categories!
