Adding Extra Gigs

This may sound like a silly question, but I am wondering how to go about adding extra gigs to the gig I already have up. I don't want to add a new gig, just want to offer the same service, but extended and for a higher price. I see others have done this, but I can't figure out how. Sorry, just got back from a 17 hour road trip.... I might be going batty :)
