I lost my express batch..

One of my buyer buy my gig on 27 june and it is an express gig..so I complete that order and delivered to him same day..but he did not give feedback to me...Then today(29 june) he has bought my gig extras(after two days) and when I check my account I saw the late order.I think I have log to my account approximately 4 hours later after he bought gig extras.I delivered it again very quickly
Now I have lost my express batch..is this possible?
please help me......
