So that means I get no support, and where did those 10 dollars go?

I did successfully had withdrawn my earnings yesterday but I made the mistake of refunding $10 dollars from Paypal to Fiverr.
I am not really sure what happened since those $10 need to be on my fiverr account but they are NOT. I have emailed Fiverr Customer Support but I don't any reply from them. I am going to spend those $10 on two gigs here on Fiverr.
