I ask a buyer who's enquired about a gig with an uploading service as an extra to make sure that they pick the extra and don't order 3 x the same gig. Just got the order in for 3 x a totally unrelated gig (Which actually opens up with DO NOT ORDER THIS GIG UNLESS....)
Why? Oh Why? Is it worth even replying to customer emails?
