I had a buyer buy a basic gig - 500 character count reading, VISIBLY STATES SO IN MY GIG DESCRIPTION.
I usually give my buyers a little more than 500 characters and up - sometime 600 or 700, detailed and on-point.
She messages me again and asks me a couple more questions on this basic gig. I was nice and wanted to help her out.
She has the NERVE to give me 3 1/2 stars and say "good, not enough detail though"
Are you serious?
I politely told her how my readings are each 500 count unless you purchase a more indepth reading.
Then she changes the rating and gives me LESS stars then says "pretty good thank you."
What's even funnier is she gave me a lesser stars for "communication with seller" after I sent her a polite message lol
On top of this star rating load of cr*p my sales are at an all-time low and it's making me wonder why I even have this still
It's going to happen so much more often but whatever I don't even have the energy to deal with this
