I know at one time, CS seem to respond to the seller if they were treated unfairly by a buyer -- in other words the buyer gave the seller a negative review simply because they would not do something outside the gig description (wanting $50 of service for $5). BUT those days seem to be gone. Now CS seems to respond with the canned answer that they can't do anything, no matter how unfair the seller was treated by the buyer.
