Funds Blocked. Support Is Not Responding.

My account was blocked by Fiverr in the month of January. I contacted support for withdrawal so they told me that i would be able to withdraw funds after 45 days. I have been trying to contact them from the month of MARCH and now it is JUNE but they haven't responded me. Their last response was to submit official document which were submitted by me. After that i didn't get any response from them.
Can anyone please tell me that what should i do so that i can i get their response OR i can withdraw my money ?
