My Paypal and Fiverr Card links under Revenue do NOT Highlight when I click. How do I get PAID?

I have been posting in various forums and i want to know why when I click on either one, the page just refreshes? I want to withdraw money and don't see why it should be so complicated. I work hard for $5.00 a gig.
