haven't bought anything, yet it says I have an order to review, any ideas?

Was trying to click on my sales tab and clicked on shopping instead. When I did, it says that I have an order awaiting review, yet nothing shows up when I try to click on it. Anyone no why. Could it be some weird glitch?

Not really urgent, just more curious than anything else.
