Usually - I am the seller - so I really sympathize with this seller who I bought a 24hr express article from. They did an incredibly poor job and I felt it was necessary to leave them a negative feedback rating their work was unusable.
I've contact customer support and blocked the seller however he keeps wanting me to mutually cancel the gig because "I'm ruining his rating" I feel like he cannot and SHOULD NOT bully his customers into leaving positive ratings or no ratings at all.
Fiverr has the ability to leave a comment in response to feedback and I left him some constructive criticisms both in private message and publicly on his gig and he's flipping out.
I have a deadline to meet myself with this article and will now have to use bits and pieces of his stuff to paste it all together but they are saying since I left bad feedback - I can't use their stuff?
Please advise.
