Also, make sure you look for evidence that your buyer has been using your work. Google it, YouTube it... 99% of the time, you will find it.
EXAMPLE:
I just had someone ask me for a re-do or a refund on a video delivered over a month ago saying I didn't look professional.
1. You can't ask for after the money from that order has been cleared for withdrawal
2. You can't ask for a either one if it's based on personal taste, or lack of purchasing a gig extra (like attire request in my case), or giving proper instructions at the beginning.
3. I found the video on YouTube!! Can you believe that???? Sneaky sneaky... uploaded over 1 month ago, and 15 views. Not my fault they don't do proper promotion or SEO......
And like this buyer, you will encounter many..... so make sure you look for evidence and report it to CS before or after a request for cancellation for cancellation, or negative review.
