Hi, customer service was not helpful, so I am posting here.

I just signed up, so I am still new to this site and how it works.
I would like to have a photo image transferred into a line drawing, pencil, or charcoal.
But I cannot get a straight answer as to the end product. Will I get a pencil or charcoal drawing, an actual
drawing, or will I receive an image of the drawing, and only that?

That is what I'd like to know.
