I just have to get this off my chest. I am so frustrated with support right now. I have been having MAJOR issues with my gig disappearing, messages disappearing, deliveries not making it to the buyer etc. I sent in a request and waited three days with no reply. Finally I used Twitter because it was starting to impact my sales. I am so disappointed in their lack of comprehension. I have posted screenshots, screencasts, and more and talked to numerous reps. It has been sooooo frustrating. Finally Maria told me she would forward my issues to the content editors. What can they do about these problems? I am at my wits end on this. And now my counter showing orders in queue is fluctuating wildly. One minute it shows 69 then the next 49. It is crazy!
