revenue payment

I have gigs on fiver, and i have 5 dollars for order #FO21420F0142 that was supposed to clear today. My orders usually clear by 5 pm on the day of due but lately have been taking till almost midnight on the last 2 orders that where do on day of.
What is the time that orders are suppsed to clear on day they are due?
should it be before business day closes??
