Is there anyway to remove bad feedback?

I was making a good income off Fiverr about a year ago until I ran into some unforseen health problems so I took a year off and suspended my gigs. Right before I suspended my gigs I had one customer who's a bit of a problem child buy a specific photoshop gig and demand custom work which was not part of the deal. Because it wasn't part of the deal, he then canceled the order and left me with bad feedback saying I wouldnt deliver. This has hurt my sales since. Is there any way to remove it? The resolution center offers nothing, how can I get in touch with fiverr?
