Help! Unjustified Express Cancellation

Hi, Folks:

Thank you in advance for your help and/or advice regarding this matter. A buyer and I agreed to a price on a project and delivery within five days. To reach the required amount, he chose the express option on my gig, which of course shortened the estimated delivery time (even though he didn't technically pay for it).

The order ran late, as expected, and I remained in communication with the buyer, and sent him samples to evaluate. I got a message today saying that he didn't like the direction of the project and then he canceled and I got dinged on my feedback.

I already contact customer support and included screenshots of the conversation stating that 5-day delivery was fine with him. I also reported him as a potentially fraudulent buyer because he now has a portion of my work for free.

Does anyone have any advice or know what Fiverr's policy regarding this type of situation?
