I bought 5 gigs from a seller, but He messed up the WP site code and my client's site was down for 4 days causing me huge damage to my reputation and having to compensate my client, not to mention that she will never work with me again. See the correspondence with the seller here:

The issue it's taking more than expected because you had qtranslate indexed in your theme without conditionals to check if it is installed or not.

the deadline has passed. the client is extremely upset. i guaranteed it would be back online by 1pm NYC. if you can not do the job, please restore the backup IMMEDIATELY! so that the site is at least online. There is absolutely no reason for the site to be offline while the changes are being done.

this is what another wp programmer says:
"Hi, it seems that he messed up some code - it's a bunch of "undefined constant" meaning he is calling a function that is not existing. This is a pure programming mistake, and should be fixed as soon as possible... regards"
As you can see, he stopped responding. The site is still down. I have to pay another seller just to get it back online.
Fiverr is not user friendly, hard to find actions, took me forever to find out how to cancel a gig. then when I did, i missed the opportunity to warn all potential clients about this seller. now its just listed as gig cancelled due to late delivery.
Any help in this matter will be appreciated. and how can I be compensated for the damage he has done?
