Why did I receive a message from Fiverr that my job was late?

Hi,
I've just had one job and it needed to be done by noon. I did the job in time and returned the document in time
via the message from my customer. The next day, I received an email from Fiverr that I was late. Did I do something
wrong or did I miss something? Should I have clicked a button when I finished the job? I'm Ellieannacan and I have a virtual assistant listing and one for my A+ salve. Besides this concern, I'd also like feedback on my listings. I'd like to get a video up for my salve.
