How is this fair?
I have a late delivery order cancelation.
Customer did not order anything and said he would get back to me.
He did not. He canceled instead.
Customer support said I can't have the negative removed for late delivery as the buyer did not violate any terms of service. Says the only way to get it removed is by asking the buyer. The buyer won't respond.
So basically I get a late delivery feedback on an order which I was still waiting for the details on.
Sure. I could have mutual canceled. I try not to though cos of the whole cancelation rate thing. I genuinely thought he would get back to me though yet he did.
Where is the justice? Like. Why do I get punished for that? It is ridiculous.
I can't be late on articles if I have no titles Andi am waiting on them...
