Cons

More Steps. At first glance, things seem to be harder to find and navigate. There's multiple steps to get to the "request a gig" section unless you click on the small link in the footer menu. There's no direct link to view all messages and its nearly impossible to click the malfunctioning chat bubble from a mobile device.

Too Much Information. I think most of the information they show on our gigs are unnecessary for buyers to see. "Response Time" & "cancellation ratio" hinders us sellers, and possibly confuses the buyers.

Buyers' Increased Control. Buyers already have a higher standard over sellers when it comes to certain stuff, and giving them the ability to "cancel" an order themselves was a horrible idea. I can understand why they did it, but damn Fiverr, you're killing us sellers. Imagine if someone orders, you start working on it and you're halfway done, then they decide to cancel it for whatever reason...that's time wasted!

Live Portfolio Breadcrumbs.Who idea was it to change this? It doesn't rotate and its barely noticably, and its virtually impossible to navigate through it via a mobile device. So if you're getting questions like, "can I see some samples?", its probably because buyers don't know it exist.

Homepage Gigs. One) what's the point of having a featured gig or being a TRS, if you're just going to throw them in the middle and on the bottom. And what's with the "handpicked gigs"?

Search Results. I've never liked Fiverr's search function. I have to go through several loaded pages to find relevant gigs. Wouldn't it be nice if Fiverr's search worked like Google, you ACTUALLY got the results you were searching for FIRST. Not only that, but the gigs that have the larger image and show up first probably get an unfair advantage compared to the smaller gig images below it.

No Buyers' Request Notifications. What is the point of requesting a gig when you dont get notified when someone sends you an offer? Having to periodically check for new offers is a pain. Not only that, but there should be a function to delete an offer. Requesting a gig has been very unsuccessful. I've been looking for a seller for two different kind of gigs, and only received 3 offers, and none were what i needed. #FAIL

Bugs. When you do an official launch, that means ALL REPORTED BUGS HAVE BEEN RESOLVED! I feel like Fiverr rushed into this. I think if you truly cared about your users, you would do a Poll and see whether V2 should be official or if enhancing V1 would be better. But that's just how I feel about the matter.

Slow to No Customer Support.Whether CS is backed up or not, they should've prepared for the increase in tickets by hiring MORE PEOPLE instead of blowing money on a failed attempt of an improvement.

Miscellaneous. The forum is not the same as well. Moderators aren't as active as they use to be, and the forum has been overran with spammy links and threads.

Sales have dropped for many sellers, buyers cancelling left to right, sellers are losing their levels for f**ked up reasons, and CS is M.I.A. So I can no longer justify their 20% fee.

For me, Fiverr V2 is just a huge disappointment and a good reason for me to remove all fiverr links from my websites, and replace them with Paypal buttons. I miss the good ole' days. Fiverr V1 provided me with a nice little income, but things have changed dramatically and may never be the same. V2 may just be a sign for me to move forward and invest in my own websites, and work on fiverr orders that dwindle in organically.

Those are my thoughts and feelings on the matter. :-/
