I am new to Fiverr, still trying to figure out how this all works and my first experience has been rotten. What should I do? I bought 5,000 "real" views of a video on YouTube after managing to get my views up to 300+ by e-mailing everyone on my contact list and spending hours networking. I really put in tons of effort to get it to 300 in the 3 days since I posted my video The seller used some sort of automatic system that contravenes YouTube's terms of service (His posting specifically said it would be real views). My video was taken down by YouTube and I had to repost it- back to 0 views. No apology or explanation from the seller, the video was taken down before he could complete all 5,000 views so the order was cancelled "by mutual consent" - He ignored my 4 SOS messages to him. He has a 100% positive rating. How do I get a negative rating on him if the order was never completed? And now I have a $5 Fiverr credit that I don't want to use. Not only did he not deliver as promised, I am now worse off than when I first bought the gig. Please advise me. Am I jut screwed???
