This is the second time i have been threatened by a buyer....
He wants to keep his negative rating and wants refund as well...
He has misbehaved so many times, and in the negative review he claims all the positive ratings i have got are fake and are from my friends.
When he ordered I agreed to install a plugin using my developer license, once everything done... he wants me to give him the license information (user id and password) of the original product and in short he should be the owner of the product by paying few bucks to me.... and if i don't do it, he will publish it to all social media and other sites...
I have notified fiverr support about it as reputation is very important to me and hope they will resolve the issue professionally as i put too many efforts to make sure my customers are happy with me but if your customers treats you like sh** thank i don't know what to do with it.
What do you think, how these kind of buyers should be dealt?
