I received my first negative rating in my three years on Fiverr. The buyer, of course, was new and had no ratings at all. He didn't even tell me what I did wrong or give me a chance to fix it. So, I looked up in the FAQ that if you cancel the gig it will remove the feedback. Do they mean written feedback or negative ratings? The buyer didn't write any feedback, but instead just gave me a thumbs down. I still have that negative rating, even after the gig was cancelled. Can it be removed? (I already contacted CS, but I thought I'd get the quicker answer here).
