How to become a TRS

So I've just finished a long back and forth conversation with Customer Support about becoming a TRS - lasting over a couple of months.

Here are some key points I received:

"they are hand-picked by our content editors. Our editors are always on the lookout for Top Rated Sellers, but they are picky. They're literally looking for the full package, highly original sellers who:

-Have a very high volume of sales
-Provide unique and high quality services
-Are extremely professional in delivery and communication with buyers
-Present their Gigs very well - including high quality images and videos "

The following is my experience with them on this topic:

Okay so once you believe you achieve all these points, what now? Well I contact CS and they told me I wasn't quite 'there' yet - and needed to increase my sales. Okay fair enough. The first CS lady I talked to was nice and said I was nearly there, and to contact them in a couple of weeks. Okay. So I wait a couple of weeks and contact them again. Another CS worker tells me a need to increase my sales "a little bit more". At this point, I ask them what does 'a little bit more' actually mean, and what is the figure I should be aiming towards. They then replied with the dot points above, and stated that "When I previously mentioned, that you need to increase your sales, it means that your need to have more completed (about 20 more) orders. Once you have our editors' will review your account.". Okay fair enough - but between the month ago I first contacted them and now, my sales had already gone up by 33 (all still in the same month). Fast forward all the back and forth and them now saying I needed 50 more, I ended up getting transferred to another CS agent, can't blame her - I was getting a bit annoying, but all I wanted was a clear answer.

This guy explains that they mean each month. Okay great! Shame it took a month to get that out of them. Although what I really just want to know, what's the exact number, I don't want "20 more, 50 more" - I want the exact figure, e.g. $700 each month etc.

I'm also curious what other TRS were making just before they were promoted to TRS status. Why be so vague and secretive about the whole thing? Just give us all a figure and a goal to work towards, not vague made up terms. So all you TRS out there, let me know what the figure is! How much $$ were you earning a month before you got promoted.

Thanks for listening to my tip/half rant! (CS were great and polite, just couldn't really answer the question straight out for some reason).
