Someone recently ordered my gig, I went through the process of messaging and modifying their order. When I finished, I sent the final product, and the buyer seemed to be happy with it, then came the rating - a thumbs down, but the buyer said "good job" I'm very confused as to why they gave me a thumbs down, I mean, I did what they asked for, and it all turned out to be fine, but for some odd reason, they decided to give me a thumbs down even though I did a "good job".. I think it was a mistake on behalf of the buyer, maybe they accidentally clicked on the thumbs down and not on the thumbs up :S I contacted the buyer, and asked them kindly if they could modify the rating to a positive one (seeing that they were satisfied) but no reply.. It's been 2 days. I contacted customer support, and they haven't replied, I know they have hundreds of tickets coming their way every day, so I understand why. I'm worried that I won't get as much sales as I could because of this negative feedback. What should I do? :(
