So I can't upload a cover photo. When I upload it, it says the file is too big. I edited it and made it smaller then sometimes it will say its uploading but it won't show up in the box. It says drag the image to adjust its placement but nothing is there. and other times it says cover scaling ration in the wrong format. don't know what I'm doing wrong help?
