Over Moderation

I have enough trouble getting gigs past the moderators and then if denied you can't edit the denied gig so have to delete it and start all over again aaaargh.
Also I have just had an email saying "We just noticed that your user description contained a URL or contact/personal information, Please re-write your user description without such info". This was not the case. The only thing I mentioned was "if you are outside the US, don't worry as paypal will convert your currency automatically" which they obviously took to mean that I was accepting payments outside of Fiverr which is not the case.
Then, 3 minutes later I got an email saying your level 2 badge has been removed.
Thanks Fiverr for giving me time to edit my profile and for your fantastic kangaroo court that classes me as guilty when I'm not. Who are these moderators???
Also, customer support used to be the best on the internet, responding in under 10 minutes. now it takes about 2 days due to no-one knowing how the new site works......
To add insult to injury, I've just noticed that my level 2 badge is still being displayed on my avatar on this forum. You have to laugh.
